Who AM I
I’m Henny, a 30-something digital nomad and social butterfly who loves connecting with others. As an adventurous soul, I’m passionate about traveling, reading and writing.
In 2023, I visited 17 countries across 4 continents, read more than 30 books and started a blog called The Blonde Yeti to explore topics that intrigue me and honor my voice. Whether I’m exploring new neighborhoods, indulging in romance novels, or journaling in cozy coffee shops, I’m always on the lookout for new experiences.
This blog is a collection of writings covering my life, experiences and travels.
My Vision
Currently on a sabbatical from my tech career, I’m seeking more passion and meaning in life. I’ve found that writing about the places I’ve visited, the books I’ve read, the experiences I’ve made and how to find meaning in it all, has been a refreshing change from the typical 9 to 5.
I thrive on connection and enjoy meeting new, like-minded people. When you interact with me, I’ll share tips and recommendations from all my travels and write about the experiences I’ve had balancing a corporate job and a passionate life, whether as a digital nomad or a woman in tech.
